Litigation

At C Kuhuni Attorneys, we understand the complexity involved in making

the decision to seek remedy, and the need for wisdom and experience to effectively steer the process to a rightful resolution.

We aim to establish the merits of our clients case as an important first step. This enables us to advise our clients on the worthiness of the matter so they can decide whether an expenditure for litigation makes sense.

We also offer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as an option in instances where the business relationship needs to be preserved. ADR is first level of arbitration and serves to bring the parties together to negotiate a resolution.

Whether justice ultimately prevails depends on three criteria: a) the validity of the facts in the case; b) intelligent application of the law in service of those facts; and c) the ability of counsel to deftly navigate the case to its rightful conclusion.

Because we handle a wide range of disputes between businesses and private parties, our first goal is to discuss options that will make sense based on the circumstances, and provide benchmarks for assessing value. This enables us to achieve the best possible outcome so the matter can be put to rest.

At C Kuhuni Attorneys, we bring considerable strength to the litigation arena because we have helped shape the ethics and standards by which these laws were written. We have a long history of contribution to the practice of law, especially with regard to litigation, and we are proud to bring this collective wisdom to our clients.

Whatever your needs, we are here to offer resolution.
